This PR updates the nav menu:

  • The Ecosystem dropdown menu has been removed
  • The Resources dropdown menu appears on hover instead of on click.
  • A down-facing arrow has been added to the Resources link
  • The nav header's opacity has been adjusted to be darker
  • The font-size and weight of the nav links has been adjusted
