It's installed with the updated installation script through snap.
The install script installs Ruby 1.9.3 which won't work with the latest
Rails. Leaving it in the guide will just cause issues and confusion
later.

The install script should be updated before adding it back to this
guide.
A small guide to introducing some Ruby and HTML concepts that appear
throughout the main guides.

I didn't add it to the main guides, but did reference from it, because
it's not required per se.

Closes #289

Add GitHub authentication instructions, resolves #505
It's already linked in the app guide, the guide most people will start
with in the workshop.
Make the Rails Girls guide lines more fun to share with a preview image
and description.

Only added a description to all the main guides for now. If no
description is present, the default will be used, configured in
`_config.yml`.
To follow the gravatar guide, the devise guide needs to be completed.
Change the order so the devise guide comes first.
Use the same file extension for all files by using the .md extension,
rather than .markdown.
Make sure people don't miss information about what the terminal is and
such.
Apply changes from PR #511 into the main macOS install guide.

Rails 7 creates a no-Node.js app by default. No need to install
Node.js.
Explain the steps in a bit more detail.
The guide no longer installs Node.js as Rails doesn't require it.
Small text updates and explain things in more detail.
Explain that you need to switch to PostgreSQL for the production
database.
