It's hard to navigate from disk pop-up to VDisk/PDisk pages

VDisk may be opened by click on a green square, but after opening pop-up only Developer UI links are accessable

I propose to make VDisk and PDisk headers (or their ids) links

Decided to add links to PDisk page and VDisk page to the links section of popup menu
