Search reset the first time using it #427

Steps to reproduce
- Open the app
- Choose source extension then search
Expected behavior
The search should work
Actual behavior
The "add series" page is reset back into original state (no extension selected and empty search box).
Log files
The logs, for some reason, is from the old 2.14.0 version and unchanged from 04/12/2024
Additional information (optional)
Only happen the first time when opening the app, smooth sailing from 2nd time onwards. To reproduce you have to close and open the app again
Happen to Mangadex, ComicK and Manganato (I only use Dex, the 2 other are randomly picked)
