I'm interested in this. Probably would be something I could make use of too in general.

What does view include here ? Just the ability to view csv contents? Or does it include with filters ?

Can editing of an already existing expense be ignored in this case ?
Is it required to host all the content in a singular csv file ? Can it be spread across multiple files per year or month ?
