可以把 3.x 的 webpack-chain 也升级了吗？想用 .before，发现 3.9 的 webpack-chain 还是 4.x 版本的 |

@masquevil 不能在 3.x 里做，这会是 breaking change。现在 4.0 的 alpha 也基本可用了（计划里的 breaking change 只剩 ESLint v6 和 plugin-router / plugin-vuex 没做），如果有需要的话可以先用起来。 |
