Update to Vercel AI SDK v4?

Hi folks, I love this template. But after getting it all set up and then trying to customize the tools I realized it's on a legacy version of the AI SDK.

There's a new major version, now on 4.1, with a lot of improvements. Do you have any plans to update this? Unfortunately the format of the response messages in the onFinish hook has changed and I'm struggling to find and fix all the incompatibilities in both the saving and the rendering of messages.
