Added support for supplying an
--xcconfigoption (and equivalent GitHub Action parameter).It can be used to provide a path to a .xcconfig file with build settings you'd like to apply to the generated project. In effect it uses
swift package generate-xcodeproj --xcconfig-overrides.Closes #12
