I will merge this but a follow up with some more docblocks would be appreciated. Can you test this with a live account and verify that it works please? I will then tag for release. Thanks for the contribution. |

Added support for the new Netbanx (Optimal Payments / Paysafe) Hosted Payments gateway API support.
Supports:
Purchase (redirect)
Authorize (redirect)
Capture
Refund
All new Netbanx customers are not allowed to use the old API anymore.
