Proposed Changes
Upgrade nginx-proxy-manager to v2.1.1. Upstream repository had large folder restructure so some shuffling around of files under /opt/nginx-proxy-manager was required. MariaDB required upgrade as well due to previous Alpine package being no longer available in repo.
