At this time, we expect most of the "ABIv1" JSON schema will be the same as the current "ABIv0" one, so this PR reshuffles the source files supporting it so they can be more readily reused between the two.

Future PRs will start adding actual "ABIv1" functionality—this is just a bookkeeping PR.

Checklist:

  • Code and documentation should follow the style of the Style Guide.
  • If public symbols are renamed or modified, DocC references should be updated.
