Validation Enhancements #10
Description
The initial version of the tool produces the same validation warnings and errors as the legacy tool to test to ensure existing validation issues were being correctly detected.
The existing set of validation issues is incomplete and needs to be updated. Many such issues were found during development and marked with a VALIDATION ENHANCEMENT: comment. However, even that set is not necessarily complete.
This issue covers the effort of defining the validation enhancements. Note this would probably be done alongside #9.
