The only major version bump is plug, and that's primarily due to plug having its (presumably, assuming they're following semver) first real stable release. The rest is just loosening existing deps to allow for newer minor versions.

Since I don't appear to have commit or publish access for this: pinging @slogsdon. On that note, should we consider moving this permanently back into the main Sugar org? There's already a repo over there; we'd just need to bring it in line with this one and switch things over on the Hex side of things.
