Latest Versions not on maven central for release 2.15.0

Following up from this issue Error on kafka 3.9.0 cluster · Issue #695 · streamthoughts/kafka-connect-file-pulse
I cant find the latest version on the maven central repository for our dependency managment to get this jar file.
