By default, add define for RAM and FLASH max size
-DLD_MAX_SIZE={upload.maximum_size} -DLD_MAX_DATA_SIZE={upload.maximum_data_size}

This allow to use switch in
ldscript.ldfile.Would be useful for bootloader management.
Update:
Tested on Windows/Linux/Mac --> OK
Tested with Sloeber (to check if prelink is well handled). --> OK
