Allow modals not to be vertically centered

Right now the `Modal` component is vertically centred. When the modal content changes length dynamically it makes the modal "jump" around. That is not pleasant.

We need to introduce new prop that would allow modal to be optionally attached to the upper part of the screen in a way similar to Bootstrap.

The default behaviour should not change, this should not be a BC change.
