Additional Findings

During investigation, I discovered 2 additional broken TDS links in the Ray repository:

1. doc/source/tune/index.rst:277 - HTTP 301 redirect to homepage
2. doc/source/ray-overview/getting-started.md:779 - Same broken link

These have been fixed in PR #57191.

Root Cause

The issue exists because doc/source/conf.py explicitly excludes Towards Data Science links from automated linkcheck:

This prevents CI/CD from detecting broken TDS links, allowing link rot to accumulate.

Action Required
