PersistentProperties does not work with property list<QuickAction> quickActions: [] where QuickAction is a Scope

Due to the way the reload process works, qt objects created by the qml engine cannot be reliably shared across reloads, as some previously referenced objects won't exist.

It might be possible to a limited degree but I haven't looked into it. For now I'd suggest a list<var> with plain javascript objects, which do work iirc.
