#1688

I tried to install the cpu version of torch, but unlike the previous versions, the --index-url notation of the cpu version disappeared.

But also, current installation commands seems correct, aren't they?

Yes. Now I know
pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio
and
pip3 install torch torchvision torchaudio --index-url https://download.pytorch.org/whl/cpu
is same.

Thanks. I'll end this issue.
