Resources slug denormalization issue

Hi, recently I found out that the implementation of recreate_tx_config is buggy and for some resources generates incorrect filenames, that are later not being lifted by Sphinx when building localized documentation.

Please see the details and the commits with fixes. It required also manually renaming a set of files.
