• Replace gulp with pulp
• Remove old and broken example (the tests file still has example usages)
• Add Eq, Ord, and Generic instances for every type
• Fix all warnings (/cc @adarqui thanks for working on removes warnings of unspecified imports #36 - I already had this under way locally though)

This will fail until purescript/purescript-nonempty#10 is merged, as there's no Generic instance for NonEmpty yet but I derived an instance here that requires it (tested with bower link locally).
