i got this error message whenever i tried to push my code

If you can login to your account, and the github account marked as spam because it hacked, then you can contact with github support team, and return it.
if you cant login to your account, try to return it by your email, and delete github codes.
if you also cant login to your email, or you cant return github account by email, then your in bad situation, and probably you cant return it.
