1. We try to contact sales via the Enterprise Licensing link
2. Receive the "Hi from the GitHub Enterprise Team" auto-reply
3. Do not hear anything beyond that

Multiple attempts over the past week or two with this behavior - how do we add licenses?

It offers -

For questions regarding GitHub product pricing quotes, product demos, or trial requests, kindly visit https://github.com/enterprise/contact to reach GitHub Sales.

But that appears to be the same link we started this.

There is also an option to -

Please submit Purchase Orders to AR@github.com and cc your GitHub Account Manager

I do not have a quote to reference in the PO but I could fire off an invalid one to get things going. Should I try that?

We have the same issue. No response from sales

First we tried the sales contact form on the github webpage, but have not received any response, except for an automated response from no-reply@github.com saying we will be contacted (a little over a week ago we receive the automated response).

Second we also tried emailing sales@github.com, however were met with an automated "this email is no longer in use" response (even though it was referenced in the automated sales form response)

After a few days we to tried to contact support, which responded in 5 minutes asking if we wanted to get in touch with sales, to which we answered yes. However that also has gone silent now.

Overall we have not had any messages from any sales representative at github, so I wonder, how does one get in touch? :D

Hi Team, I only received single reply from Candice and no longer heard from her, she still with Github or already resigned?
Very frustrating for sending the email and ask for update and no reply from anyone

I'm also not receiving a response from GitHub sales after about 48 hours from form submission. All that we have received is the automated email from no-replay@email.github.com. I tried responding to that email directly to see what happens.
