Need help to remove Red Cross on my profile

Whenever I visit my profile, Red Cross is shown on GitHub logo on tab and in web address as well. This was not the case earlier until I connected Cursor with GitHub. Would like to know why is happening and what effects it will have on my visibility?

Hello, the favicon gets updated with a cross typically when the URL corresponds to a failed Github action: https://github.com/actions/runner-images/actions/runs/15845645019

Cursor could be manipulating information about your requests. I advise reinstalling cursor and verifying you're not in a actions/runs/* URL
