Fail to renew github education

Hi everyone,

I am trying to renew my github education and I get this error
There was an error creating the discount request. Errors: There was a problem

how can i solve this?

Clear your browser cache
Try a different browser
Check that your student ID and school email are valid and up to date
Wait and try again later it might be a temporary issue
If it still doesn’t work, contact GitHub Education support

Hi @AntreasAnt , Thank you for reporting the issues with creating discount requests. The issue with receiving “Errors: There was a problem” has now been fixed.

Please sign out and back into your GitHub account, ensure your name and address is filled out in the payment information section and apply again here. When you reapply, do not use a VPN and share location with the application.
