No Access to benefits although being approved for GitHub Education

Hi everyone,

I have an approved license for GitHub Education but when I am trying to use Copilot pro for example it doesn't work. So i looked into my account setting and there it says that I am using Copilot for free with the known limits. Can someone help me on this? I have reviewed my Education license and it says that it is still valid and also this license is from February so there shouldn't be an issue with not having the benefits yet...

Check Your Subscription Details:
Go to GitHub Copilot billing settings and confirm that your subscription shows "Free via GitHub Education Pack" and not a trial or basic plan.

IDE Plugin Sync:
If you're using VS Code or another supported IDE, make sure:

You’re logged into the correct GitHub account.

The Copilot extension is up to date.

You’ve enabled Copilot in the extension settings.

To redeem your Copilot PRO offer, click on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you, if you can redeem it you are fine, if you can't, I suggest you to raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
