GitHub Student Developer Pack Stuck on 'Processing' After Approval

Hi everyone,

Hello GitHub Community,

I received approval for my GitHub Student Developer Pack on February 23, 2025, but my account still displays the message:

"We're still processing your application. Once this is complete, you will have access to the Student Developer Pack offers."

It has been over 2 days, and I still cannot access my benefits. I have tried:
✅ Logging out and back in
✅ Clearing my browser cache
✅ Checking my email for activation links

My GitHub username: @samahmud

Additionally, I attempted to submit a support ticket, but I am unable to access the request form. I have attached a screenshot of the issue for reference.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @samahmud,

Don't worry, the waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

When the benefits become available, the status label will turn purple and change to:

• Congrats! Your request for @samahmud was approved and your benefits are now available.

How to enable Copilot Pro for GitHub Education verified students/teachers?
Once you have been successfully approved as a verified student or educator, your academic benefits will become available within a few days. You will receive an email when your academic benefits are ready to be redeemed.

Once the benefits are applied, Copilot Pro can be claimed via the benefits page or this signup link.

It takes up to 72 hours to complete approval. Comparing timestamps you created this discussion still within the 72 hours. We can confirm that you have since been successful - enjoy your journey through GitHub Education.

Hi GitHub Education team, My student application was approved on October 17, 2023, but I still don’t have access to the Student Developer Pack. I applied using my personal Gmail since my college doesn’t provide institutional emails.
