😱 My account was suspended for no reason, without prior notification and no return from github support ⁉️

😢 Inability to access my account is significantly impacting both aspects: my work and my colleagues. ‼️

I hope this email finds you well. I'm reaching out to the community seeking assistance with an urgent issue regarding my GitHub account.

Two days ago, I was surprised to find my account suspended, preventing me from accessing not only my personal account but also the two organizations I am a part of: Quantum Software Development and MindfullAI Copilots and Bots. These accounts host all my projects related to my academic and professional life, and the inability to access them is significantly impacting both my work and that of my colleagues.

I want to emphasize that I have not received any prior warnings, and I am unsure why my account was suspended. I have thoroughly reviewed GitHub's violation policy and do not believe I have violated any terms. However, if there has been an unintentional violation, I would appreciate specific details so that I can rectify it and align with the platform's policy.

Furthermore, when I reached out to support, I received an automated response acknowledging the suspension, which came as a surprise. This suspension occurred while I was actively engaged in a project on the platform, and I was only notified after initiating contact. The automated email I received did not provide any specific reason for the suspension.

According to GitHub's documentation, the standard procedure for account suspension involves informing the user and allowing them to make necessary corrections before suspending full access to their accounts. However, this process differs from my experience, as illustrated in the attached screenshots below

I am deeply concerned about the possibility of a prolonged resolution process, especially considering the negative impact on my studies and academic projects.

I kindly request the reinstatement of my account as soon as possible so that I can resume my activities. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate specific details regarding the suspension reason, given the sudden nature of the suspension during an important project without prior notification.

I would be grateful for any assistance on how to proceed, as my attempts to contact support have not yielded a response.
