This PR doc-only deprecates the verbatim option in dns.lookup and dnsPromise.lookup in favor to a new order option, a string which supports the verbatim (default), ipv4first and ipv6first values.

I made it a tri-state string so that ipv6first and be specified as well to solve issues like in the one linked below.

The verbatim option is still present but order takes precedence over it.

I can definitely support both verbatim and order at the same time. If I do so, the CLI option will just accept a new possible value. At this point everything is semver-minor.
Will the deprecation of verbatim make everything semver-major or the entire feature becomes semver-minor?

@joyeecheung @aduh95 I reworked the PR to be semver-minor. order now takes precedence over verbatim which is still supported but deprecated on the docs. How does it look now?

For information this broke node_mdns as described in agnat/node_mdns#266. Rolling back node from 20.16 to 20.12.2 fixes the crash.

I'm sorry about it.
I see that the repo is quite not maintained anymore and it is using process.binding which is deprecated and reserved for internal use. I hope you can find an alternative.
