`MakeCallback` can return an empty `MaybeLocal<>` even if no exception has been generated, in particular, if we were already terminating the current thread *before* the `TryCatch` scope started, which meant it would not have an exception to report.

`MakeCallback` can return an empty `MaybeLocal<>` even if no exception has been generated, in particular, if we were already terminating the current thread *before* the `TryCatch` scope started, which meant it would not have an exception to report.
