This PR restructures the generate taint-tracking summary files and the type model files so that they're located in a
generated/folder so that future us remember to not modify them. The manually written models are stored in the parent folder.Additionally, I've also made small adjustments to the type generation script, and the documentation around it.
I'll add a document describing how taint-tracking summary files are added in a future PR.
