Product Price sets to 0 when place order using MultiShipping Address checkout

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version 2.4.8-p1

Steps to reproduce

1. Add one product with having special price
2. Add another product having a customizable option
3. Checkout using MUltishipping address checkout
4. Order is placed successfully
5. When viewing orders in Admin for the product which have a customizable option selected in it, the Original Price is displaying as 0 instead of the actual price.

Expected result

The product price should be shown correctly.

Price for product having customizable option is showing as 0

We attempted to reproduce the reported issue using our latest 2.4-development version, but were unable to reproduce it. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

Steps followed:

• Added a product with a special price.
• Added another product with a customizable option.
• Proceeded to checkout using Multishipping Address Checkout.
• Order was placed successfully.
• Viewed the order in Admin for the product with the customizable option.

Based on these steps, we were unable to replicate the issue. Could you kindly recheck and confirm if there are any additional steps or conditions we might have missed?

For now, we are marking this ticket as "Issue: Needs Update".

Below are the steps:

• Add one product with having special price

• Add another product having a customizable option like below and add that product in the cart

Note: Make sure to add product having special price first and then add product having customizable option.

• Checkout using Multishipping address checkout
• Order is placed successfully
• When viewing orders in Admin for the product which have a customizable option selected in it, the Original Price is displaying as 0 instead of the actual price.

We attempted to reproduce the issue in the latest 2.4-develop instance by following the provided steps and preconditions. We are not able to reproduce the issue. Please refer to the attached screenshot for details.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Add one product with having special price
• Add another product having a customizable option like below and add that product in the cart
• add product having special price first and then add product having customizable option.
• Checkout using Multishipping address checkout
• Order is placed successfully

We followed the preconditions and steps as provided and we did not encountered any issue.

Therefore, we are marking this ticket as "Issue: Needs Update."

I was able to reproduce this issue on my local Magento 2.4.9-alpha2 setup. To clarify for anyone who couldn’t reproduce, here are the exact steps I followed:

1. I have Fresh installation of Magento 2.4.9-alpha2 with sample data.
2. Logged in to the storefront as a registered customer.
3. Modified 2 products as per the case mentioned.
4. Added a product with a special price.
5. Added another product with a customisable option.
6. Proceeded to checkout using Multi-shipping Address Checkout.
7. After placing the order, navigated to Magento admin >> My Orders >> view respective orders.
   Observed the issue as described in the original report (same unexpected behavior).
