Looks good! Could you comment out the tests for now? We can merge, do any more testing, then push the pecl update and enable the tests in another commit. This is what I'm doing for the combine and version tests anyway. |

Implementation of
newFromMemory/writeToMemory. It can wrap an image around a memory array and write an image to a memory array. Travis will fail because the PHP extension has not yet been updated on PECL.
