why your instances seems always one, it should be have some different for each epochs.
Did you change the custom.yaml and yolov7-seg.yaml number of class?

I canceled all the augmentation so as to make it easy to learn.
And I found that my yolov7-seg.yaml number of class is wrong.
I am trying training my model based on my datasets again.
