Automate HA/netboot test scenarios

Testing netboot with multiple-nodes, or HA is time consuming as we have a big test matrix. This card is about to find an automated way to test complex scenarios which requires multiple machines

• Use Proxmox for CI #546
• Use Kubevirt for CI #545

With this PR merged we now know how to boot Kairos on Kubevirt. KubeVirt API is just the good old plain Kubernetes declarative API. To finally decide whether to use it in CI or not, we need to:

• decide which infra to run KubeVirt on
• [Optional] implement some library/wrapper for use of KubeVirt in our test suites
• Implement some test (HA?)

Just wanted to mention we have pretty beefy servers in the AZ lab. We can treat them as "Cloud" utilizing MAAS.
