Follow up on failed releases

When a release fails https://github.com/kairos-io/kairos/actions/runs/17678071802 we don't get a notification that there's a problem (or maybe we do but it is easy to ignore?). If something in the release pipeline fails, we should re-trigger it until it works, or fix the pipeline.

I think it's related to 24.10 not being accessible, so I assume that's why we didn't need to react to it, but then I still think the release should look green to avoid confusion, so during the RC, change the pipeline to reflect the actual state
