Bump hibernate to the latest. Spring 2.5 uses hibernate validators version 6.2.0, which breaks the current implementation of message interpolation since a constructor changed.
I also upgraded
jakarta.elto use the latest API, as there is a CVE in the current version: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2021-28170
