SDK Service is not returning supplemental text for traffic directions.

When asking the assistant for traffic that isn't a known location (home/work), the audio feedback is fine, but the text response shows up blank.

Here is what I used to test:

Me: what's the traffic like on the 280
Audio from Assistant: There's light traffic on I280 California

Sadly there is nothing in the supplemental_display_text field in DialogStateOut.
