It's a saddleback version of codegenerator.

What's new:

• add .service. file extension
• add .models. file extension
• add custom service configuration (functions which use getBaseConfig and serviceError)
• remove lodash prefix from names
• remove core and client

Todo ideas:

• add automatic fetch for swagger.json's from setuped URL's for each environment with login and password presented

Problems:

• can't remove ViewModel postfix because lots of name duplicates appears
• difficult authorization process to get access to the swagger.json's
