Download page for linux shows zip instead of deb

Context

Installing on Ubuntu

On clicking https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/install#:~:text=From%20the%20latest%20release%2C%20download%20the%20.deb%20corresponding%20to%20your%20Ubuntu%20version

• I get watchman-v2025.03.17.00-linux.zip. instead of a .deb
• further more, the releases page does not have a version (like 4.9.0), it instead has a date. So I am unable to know if apt info watchman version matches released version or not.

Suspect this is because of #1276

Hypothesis here would be that because installing all the libs that the Watchman build draws in breaks debtools, it cannot complete a Debian package as part of the build.
