Not merging this yet, but adding
webpackto explicit dependencies of project is a showstopper for us.See my comment in https://github.com/facebookincubator/create-react-app/pull/2044/files#r124402656. I'm sorry I didn't notice this before.
If it's possible to avoid this I'd love to know—otherwise I don't think we can keep this suggestion in the docs because it burned many people before.
