Add DISABLE_CLEAR_CONSOLE feature

Add an ENV parameter to disable the "clearConsole" function.

Relate to #7233
I've see the #3288 PR sound come from another era.

I've tried to follow the other env var naming convention DISABLE_* and add it to the doc.

Sry for the missing tests I really don't know how to achieve that.
