unknown macro property "&define" in elixir-deftest

When running tests from a shell-script, it breaks with error:
"unknown macro property &define in elixir-deftest"

Commenting out that lines at the end of file makes tests run.

Hmm, see this bug from my local run-travis.sh - could not spot the reason.

When running rake it tells:

7 expected failures

@andreas-roehler We just can remove these additional line in the declare part of the elixir-test macro. There is no need to define them there. Ert get's the additional meta properties anyway.
