This completes changes done in elastic/kibana#215409, and also fixes a few formatting errors I spotted in the newly added lookup join ES|QL docs.
When it comes to the ES|QL Kibana page, I believe only the auto-conversion from KQL/Lucene into ES|QL was worth mentioning in this file given its current scope. The rest of the 8.18 updates for ES|QL support in Kibana are in the Kibana docs.
