Cannot run executable error again

All the failures with Can't run executable: [...] does not exist, java.lang.RuntimeException: Execution of elasticsearch-plugin failed with exit code 74 or java.nio.file.NoSuchFileException: [...]/distro[..] have been caused by the test cluster setup bug fixed in: #124628.
I can see that failures in these builds have been caused by this bug:

• elasticsearch-periodic-platform-support #6966 / rocky-9_platform-support-unix
• elasticsearch-periodic-platform-support #6866 / sles-15_platform-support-unix

The failure in elasticsearch-pull-request #61756 / part-2 looks unrelated, but if this is expected to fail on the PR then this issue might be safe to close.
