Missing Index mapping settings

addresses the reported missing index (advanced) mapping settings in #1499.

Added the following top level properties:

• mappings
• 'indexing.slowlog'
• search.slowlog
• indexing_pressure
• store

used the docs for reference and descriptions: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/7.17/index-modules.html#_settings_in_other_index_modules
