Switching
package:webtopackage:universal_web(which enables imports in non-web compilation contexts) will allow easier direct use from Jaspr client components I intend to use this library from. The functionality remains the same (as is seen by no JS changes after recompiling theweb/inject_dartpad.dartscript).
