Attempt to load the extension from an external source

Does not seem to be possible.

I made a Netlify build, pointed the extension at it, but could not get it to load.
I edited the CSP to allow traffic from the new domain, but VSCode seems to limit all traffic to "self", meaning it must come from the extension.

If you think about it, this makes sense, as web apps inside vscode are potentially dangerous - though much less so than node apps.
