Docs: Clarity on SQS ordering

What were you searching in the docs?

When using the TOC for Batch Processing with SQS to jump directly to implementation, it's easy to miss how the BatchProcessor versus SqsFifoPartialProcessor handle ordering unless you read all sections of the docs in full.
