IDE unable to open multiple projects

Describe the problem

I am trying to open multiple projects in multiple windows of Arduino IDE 2.3.6, but every time it's opening the first opened project in the new windows.

To reproduce

1. Open a project from "X" folder
2. Open another project from "Y" folder

You will see the project from "X" folder opened twice.

Expected behavior

The IDE must open different projects from different folders.

@Squirrelbd this is issue have already been mentioned in #2678 and should be resolved in version 2.3.6 of Arduino IDE. Can you confirm you're running the latest version?

Yeah! There is a miss understating! I am manually downloading the latest version 2.3.6! I thought the last auto update was the latest version.
